Yoga practice is never too late to begin, it can be started at any age. Four broad types of yoga are Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Jnana yoga, Raja yoga also Ashtanga yoga and Hatha yoga as well. Yoga is a form of exercise in which you learn to move your body into different positions in order to become flexible, to control your breathing and to relax your mind. It helps to get rid of physical and mental ailments and different diseases, boosts immunity, strengths muscles, lose excessive weights, reduces stress and makes you energetic, happy and healthy.
