Abhishek Kumar being born and raised in spiritually well-established family in Rishikesh. He started his yoga studies from his tender age when he was just 14 and since then never looked back. After his keen interest in yoga he went to seek yoga training from various gurus. He joined Bihar school of yoga Munger, where he does his certification in yogic studies.
He attained competency in Asana, pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Shatkarma Yoga Nidra, Antra mouna and Ajapajapa. After that he does Yoga Vedanta course in the Philosophy, Psychology and practice of yoga and Vedanta and standard texts on the subject from Divine Life Society Rishikesh. He has been teaching yoga since 2014.
